We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (excluding shipping costs). Christmas Gifts can be returned up until Jan 31st. On UNWORN jewelry. (Tag not removed on Rings)

Not responsible for lost stones; or damaged rings after tag is removed.

*Important: When returning or exchanging Write "Canadian Goods Returned" on the Customs form (at the post office). All orders that do not have this will not be accepted.

NO UPS or FEDEX these will be returned to sender
